Dear Valued Patients,

I have had the pleasure of attending to your dental care for the past many years. Therefore, it is with mixed feelings that I have decided to retire for the betterment of my health. I want to personally thank you for your trust and confidence in me for the care of your dental needs over these years.

I am pleased to announce that Dr. Raymond Zhu B.Sc, B.Sc (Dent), D.M.D., will continue your dental care and will provide you with the same professional excellence that I have strived for. I have chosen Dr. Zhu to carry forward this important transition for me since we are very similar in our attitudes and beliefs on patient care, and we practice the same style of dentistry.

Dr. Raymond Zhu graduated from the University of Manitoba, Faculty of Dentistry with a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree. He practices all aspects of general dentistry and loves to treat patients of all ages and their families. In addition to graduating at the top of his class, he attained numerous awards in restorative dentistry, oral surgery, denture prosthesis, and implant therapy and will be able to provide all his patients with comprehensive dental treatment. Upon graduation, he was personally asked to teach at the faculty for his unwavering commitment to quality care, attention to detail and high ethical standards. For making such an important impact on his students, Dr. Zhu won the Salute to Excellence Dean's Award for Teaching Excellence. He has also attended numerous continuing education courses to provide his patients with up-to-date and quality care. He combines skill and experience with a kind, caring attitude and a gentle touch.

I am confident that you will find him to be a professional and capable dentist. Dr. Zhu is a highly regarded dentist at his previous practice in Winnipeg due to his personality, practice philosophy, clinical skills and kind gentle manner. He has moved to Toronto with his wife to be closer to family. Having had the chance to meet Dr. Zhu in person, I learned that he is also a pleasant and very friendly person. I personally and very strongly recommend Dr. Zhu as your family dentist.

Eleonore, Dulce, Virginia, Mala, Lynda, and Evelyn will be continuing in the office to assist Dr. Zhu. Eleonore will be happy to receive your calls as usual and will ensure that your regular examination and recall appointments are maintained. As well, Dr. Zhu is also accepting new patients and would be happy to look after all your family and friends.
